The Cradle Wave pillow is made from premium natural latex foam with a density chosen for its buoyancy, support, and softness. It comes with a removable bamboo liner and 300 thread count organic white cotton pillow case, both selected for their hand feel and sustainability. Its ergonomic contoured design gives maximum comfort while its smaller profile allows for easy portability and travel. Its machine washable, both the removable liner and pillow as well!

Which Cradle Wave Pillow Size is Right for You?

Choosing the correct size is simple. Ask yourself the following:

• Are you of average build or smaller? → The Original size is likely the best fit.
• Do you sleep on your back or switch between back and side? → The Original size offers ideal support.
• Are you a larger-framed side sleeper with broad shoulders? → The Large size may provide better alignment and comfort.

Returns

– Return Window: You may return your Cradle Wave Pillow within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
– Condition: To qualify, the pillow must be in like-new condition, free from stains, odors, or damage, and returned in its original packaging.
– Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
– Non-returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, pillows that show signs of use (e.g., makeup, skin oils, hair products, or scents) cannot be resold and may not qualify for a refund.

Exchanges

– Size Exchange: If you ordered the wrong size, you may request a one-time exchange within 30 days of delivery. We ask that you keep the pillow case that came with your pillow and we’ll ship you the updated size without a pillow case.
– Defects & Warranty: If your pillow arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within 3 years, we will replace it at no cost.

Shipping Costs

– Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
– Exchange Shipping: Cradle Wave covers the cost of shipping your replacement pillow.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us at info@cradlewavepillow.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
   2. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
   3. Pack the pillow securely in original packaging and ship it back within 14 days of approval.
